Due to our concern for the environment, and in keeping with the high standard we have set for service, we do not use disposable plates, cutlery or serviettes. The Foodery serves its food on stainless steel or silver trays, in wicker baskets and china bowls. Linen napkins are always included, even for the simplest sandwich lunch.
When I look for service personally, I want it to be prompt and courteous. My commitment to all my customers is this same prompt and courteous service along with the outstanding food, all at a reasonable price.
Most of my regular customers no longer suggest a menu. They trust my judgement to select food appropriate for their functions and they look forward to the surprise they will receive at their next business or social function.
